The crow…the smartest bird ?

The crow is the one who first taught man how to bury his dead

After he mentioned the story of Cain killing his brother Abel

God ( ِAllah )  Almighty says  (   (30) Then Allah sent a raven scratching up the ground, to show him how to hide his brother’s naked corpse. He said: Woe unto me! Am I not able to be as this raven and so hide my brother’s naked corpse? And he became repentant. (31)  Surah Al-Maeda

Modern science has proven that the crow is a highly intelligent bird, and one of the clearest pieces of evidence for that is that it buries its dead members of its own species and does not leave them to be preyed upon by birds or other predatory animals or to rot and decompose in the atmosphere, in order to preserve the dignity of the dead and be kind to the environment and the living things in it.

It has been proven that the crow digs the ground with both its claws and its beak to form a deep hole in it.

Then it folds the dead crow’s wings, attaches them to its sides, and lifts it gently to place it in its grave.

Then, it fills it with dirt until it hides the dead crow’s clog, just as Muslims do with their dead, out of respect for this body, both alive and dead.

The crow is a black bird with a harsh voice that eats vegetables and meat, although its tendency to eat meat is greater. Scientists today know of more than thirty-five types of crows that spread throughout various environments on Earth.

Crows have a unique ability to make stone tools for use in digging and searching for insects in cracks in the ground to prey on them and feed on them. They are also used to dig the graves of their dead.  It has been scientifically proven through study and observation that the crow is the smartest and most cunning bird of all, and is only matched in intelligence and cunning by some parrots. This is explained by the fact that the crow has the largest size of the two hemispheres of the brain in relation to the body size of all known birds

Therefore, signs of distinct intelligence appear on the crow, such as knowledge, perception, memory, the ability to communicate, solve problems, build finely organized societies, and perform many group actions such as group hunting, group defense, group care for young, group play, group building of nests, imitation, curiosity, curiosity, intense alertness, attention, observation power, and ability. On perception, on deception in kidnapping food, on how to hide it, and on distinguishing in dealing between a relative and a stranger

Crows have also been seen in more than one place throwing on public roads whatever fruits and hard shells such as coconuts and mussel shells they cannot open, and some large animals such as squirrels, so that passing cars can run them over and prepare them as prey.

Every crime among a group of crows has its own punishment. In the case of usurping the food of young chicks, the group of crows plucks the feathers of the aggressor crow until it becomes unable to fly, just like young chicks before their feathers have fully grown.

In the event that the nest is usurped and destroyed during the stages of defending it, the Crows Court is satisfied with obliging the aggressor to build a new nest for the owner of the attacked nest.

This may be followed by expulsion from the group if mistakes of this kind are repeated. In the case of raping another female crow, the group of crows orders that the aggressor be killed by beating them to death with their beaks!!

Crow courts are usually held in an agricultural field or on a large open field, where the court gathers at the appointed time.

The accused crow is placed under strict guard and its trial begins, where its head is lowered, its wings are lowered, and it refrains from wailing in recognition of its guilt.

If the death sentence is issued and the group of crows fixes on the guilty person, they will tear him apart with their sharp beaks until death!!

Then one of the crows carries him in his beak to dig a grave for him that matches the size of his body, places the dead crow in it and then fills it with dirt out of respect for the sanctity of death.

Thus, crows establish divine justice on earth better than many human beings do.

To you, my dear and dear friend, all what matters to you?
