The arrogance and stubbornness of the Jews over the seventeen miracles of God ( Allah ) Almighty.

Share

The Jewish history of religion and law begins with the exodus of the Prophet Moses, peace be upon him, from Egypt, and with him begins disobedience, betrayal, stubbornness, and slander against God ( Allah )  Almighty and the prophets.

  And let’s get started

God ( Allah )  Almighty supported His Prophet Moses, peace be upon him, with dazzling miracles, as they were nine signs ((100) And verily We gave unto Moses nine tokens, clear proofs (of Allah’s Sovereignty). Do but ask the Children of Israel how he came unto them,) Surah Al-Isra 100. These miracles were tests for the Israelis

When the magicians believed in Moses, peace be upon him, Pharaoh returned defeated. He and his people refused to believe in Moses, peace be upon him, which was to remain in disbelief and persist in evil, so God ( Allah )  Almighty seized them.

We will list all these miracles. Let us begin. The Jews know them well in their books and history. It is impossible to lie.

1 Being tested by the years (129) And we straitened Pharaoh’s folk with famine and dearth of fruits, (Al-A’raf 130)

What is meant by Pharaoh’s affliction here is his people, and what is meant by the years is barrenness and hunger, that is, everything dries up and the water of the Nile dries up (lack of water), and despite their stubbornness and arrogance, and this is a characteristic inherent with them in their personality (And they said: Whatever portent you bring wherewith to bewitch us, we shall not put in faith thee.) Al-A’raf 132 That is, we do not believe you.

2 And a shortage of fruits (and dearth of fruits,)

  Al-A’raf 130

This is due to the lack of rain

3 The hand, which is the third miracle for the children of Israel ((11) And put thy hand into the bosom of thy robe, it will come forth white but unhurt. (This will be one) among nine tokens unto Pharaoh and his people Lo! ) Surah Al-Naml 12

4 The stick

(So he threw his stick, and behold, it was a snake.) Al-A’raf 107

The stick turned into a great snake in front of the magicians and ate their sticks, then the stick returned to what it was  )

5 The flood

The flood in language is what was fatal, such as death or drowning, and it did not hit the  Israelis  with a drop of water, but rather entered the homes of the Copts. The rain continued on them day and night for seven days. They said to Moses, “Call upon your Lord for us to uncover us, and you will be safe.” So Moses, peace be upon him, called upon his Lord, and the flood was removed from them. They believe, so Moses, peace be upon him, stayed among the family of Pharaoh after he defeated the magicians for forty years, and God ( Allah )  Almighty will show them the other signs.

So send for them 6

6 Lice

It was said that it is lizards, it was said that it is weevils, it was said that it is fleas, it was said that it is small black animals, and it was said that it is possible that all of these things were sent to them.

So send for them 7

7 locusts

It is an insect sent by God, and it ate their crops, and the locusts ate everything that was wood, until they ate the doors and the roofs of the houses, so God ( Allah )  Almighty made him insatiable, except that he would not enter the houses of the Israelis  . They were upset and shouted to Moses, peace be upon him, and said, “O Moses, pray for your Lord for us according to what He has promised you, if you remove the affliction from us.” We will believe in you and we will send with you the  Israelis  , so they gave him God’s covenant and covenant, so he called upon his Lord for them, and God ( Allah )  removed the locusts from them, then they returned to deny him.

(And they say, “Whatever sign you bring to us so that you may bewitch us with it, we are not believers in your opinion.”) The answer to the condition: meaning, we are not believers in yours. They said about themselves that they do not believe in any of the verses that come with them, which they claim are magic.

So send for them 8

8 frogs

It is the well-known animal that lives in the water, so God ( Allah )  sent frogs to them, and they filled the houses, food, and utensils

No one uncovers a garment, food, or vessel except that he finds in it frogs that have overtaken him, and they suffer severe harm from them that they have never encountered. They spoil their food for them and extinguish their fire. They said: O Moses, pray to your Lord for us to reveal

We have the frogs. We will believe in you and send the  Israelis  with you. So he called upon his Lord and revealed the frogs to them. They said, “We will not believe in you, and we will not send the  Israelis   with you.”

So send for them 9

9 Blood

Then the Nile became blood, so the Israelite would draw good water and the Pharaoh (the Coptic) would draw blood, so they would share one vessel, so what followed the Israeli would be good water and what would follow the Pharaoh would be blood. And the woman from the children of Israel, when they were exhausted by thirst, would say: Give me some of your water to drink, and she would scoop for her from her pitcher or pour for her some water. She brought it near and blood returned to the vessel to the point that she would say to her: Put it in your mouth and then come to it in your mouth! So she took water in her mouth, and when she sipped it in her mouth, it became blood, and they stayed like that for seven days

There were detailed verses that followed one another. They would remain among them from Saturday to Saturday, then a month would be raised against them, so that God might be the proof against them. So God ( Allah ) , Glory be to Him, the Most High, commanded His Prophet Moses, peace be upon him, to expel the  Israelis   from Egypt and created for them a miracle by opening for them a passable path through the middle of the sea.

(This was the tenth miracle

To flee from Pharaoh and his oppression, so Pharaoh and his soldiers followed them, but God Almighty drowned them in the sea, and Moses, peace be upon him, and his people escaped to the land of Sinai, and after he arrived, he left them, so he made his brother Aaron, peace be upon them, a prince over them. Moses left them and went to call his Lord and take the Torah from him on Mount Tur in Sinai, and he was absent from them for forty days.

When Moses, peace be upon him, returned to his people and found that they were worshiping a calf, Moses became extremely angry and threw the tablets of the Torah out of his hand. He attacked his brother Aaron, who told him that the Children of Israel had weakened him and were about to kill him, so God ( Allah )  Almighty punished them by making their repentance conditional on killing themselves.

(53) And when Moses said unto his people: O my people! Ye have wronged yourselves by your choosing of the calf (for worship) so turn in penitence to your Creator, and kill (the guilty) yourselves. That will be best for you with your Creator and He will relent toward you. Lo! He is the Relenting, the Merciful. (54) Al-Baqarah 54

This was their repentance, but they refused it after all this disbelief and disobedience

A warner came to them from God ( Allah )  Almighty and a punishment they had not expected, which was the height of the entire Mount of Tur above their heads, and they feared it would fall upon them (and this was the eleventh miracle)

  (170) And when We shook the Mount above them as it was a covering, and they supposed that it was going to fall upon them

Look what they said

(92) And when We made with you a covenant and caused the Mount to tower above you, (saying): Hold fast by that which We have given you, and hear (Our Word), they said: We hear and we rebel. )

Al-Baqarah 93

When Moses, peace be upon him, went to speak to his Lord after the  Israelis worshiped the calf and refused to repent, Moses, peace be upon him, chose seventy men from among them, who did not worship the calf, to go with him to Mount Tur and apologize to God ( Allah )  Almighty for his people worshiping the calf.

The seventy Jews were not satisfied with all the disbelief and disobedience their people did

Rather, they went too far and asked Moses, peace be upon him, to show them clearly, but God ( Allah )  Almighty struck them down and they fell dead.

(54) And when he said: O Moses! We will not believe in them till we see Allah plainly; And even while ye gazed the lightning seized you. (55)

) Al-Baqarah 55

After this punishment from God ( Allah )  Almighty to the seventy of the  Israelis

Moses, peace be upon him, pleaded with his Lord to revive his people for him, but his Lord responded out of honor for him (Then We raised you up from your side after your death, so that you might be grateful.) Al-Baqarah 56

( This was the twelfth miracle.)

When Moses, peace be upon him, arrived with the Israelis  at the gates of Palestine

  (20) O my people! Go into the holy land which God hath ordained for you. Turn not in flight, for surely ye turn back as losers :Surah Al-Maeda

They refused and after a long debate they responded

(23) They said: O Moses! We will never enter (the land) while they are in it. So go thou and thy Lord and fight! We will sit here. (24) Surah Al-Maeda

So Moses, peace be upon him, called upon his Lord

(24) He said: My Lord! I have control of none but myself and my brother, so distinguish between us and the wrong-doing folk. (25))

Surah Al-Maeda

The Israelis were twelve tribes, so God ( Allah )  Almighty prescribed for them all wandering (meaning that they were walking in the desert without guidance), after they refused to enter Palestine.

(25) (Their Lord) said: For this the land will surely be forbidden to them for forty years that they will wander in the earth, bewildered. So grieve not over the wrongdoing folk. (26) Surah Al-Maeda

Then their Prophet Moses, peace be upon him, performed a new miracle for them, and caused twelve springs to flow for them with his staff, and each tribe had a spring from which they drank and were irrigated. Moses, peace be upon him, carried this stone with him with his staff, and twelve springs gushed from it.

Each of them heads towards one of the tribes. It is a miracle that is repeated to them every day, and from this water they wash and drink.

God ( Allah )  Almighty (And when Moses asked for water for his people, and We said, “Strike the stone with your staff,” and twelve emanations from it gushed forth from it.

By Our Eyes He has already known all of His people, and He has given them their drink. Eat and drink of the provision of God ( Allah ) , and do not spread corruption on earth. Yin) Al-Baqarah 60

 (59) And when Moses asked for water for his people, We said: Smite with thy staff the rock. And there gushed out therefrom twelve springs (so that) each tribe knew their drinking-place. Eat and drink of that which Allah hath provided, and do not act corruptly, making mischief in the earth. (60))  Surah Al-Baqara

(This was the thirteenth miracle) that the Jews saw and remained stubborn and disbelieved.

Manna and quail

During this period of wandering, miracles did not cease from them, and God ( Allah )  Almighty used to send down manna and quails to them.

God ( Allah )  Almighty said

( (56) And We caused the white cloud to overshadow you and sent down on you the manna and the quails, (saying): Eat of the good things wherewith We have provided you.) Al-Baqarah 57

Manna is a plant that contains a liquid like honey, and it sends quails to them. It is a bird (quail) that comes to them every day several times for them to eat and enjoy.

(This was the fourteenth miracle.)

But due to their wickedness and bad intentions, they did not like manna and quails, and they asked God  ( Allah ) Almighty for food like the food of the Egyptians (the Copts), and God Almighty spoke about that.

( (60) And when ye said: O Moses! We are weary of one kind of food; so call upon thy Lord for us that He bring forth for us of that which the earth groweth – of its herbs and its cucumbers and its corn and its lentils and its onions. He said: Would ye exchange that which is higher for that which is lower? Go down to settle the country, thus ye shall get that which ye demand. And humiliation and wretchedness were stamped upon them) Al-Baqarah 61

During the period of wandering, a man from the Israelis was killed without anyone confessing to his killing, so the Israelis  quarreled over him, so Moses, peace be upon him, ordered them to slaughter a cow. They thought that he was mocking them, and after a long argument, procrastination, and mockery of the commands of God Almighty (And when Moses said to his people, “Indeed, God commands you.” To slaughter a cow, they said. Do you take us as a mockery? (Al-Baqarah 67)

They slaughtered the required cow, and Moses, peace be upon him, struck the dead man

With part of the cow, then the dead man rose alive and said: So-and-so and so-and-so (his cousins) killed me, then the second one died, so they were deprived of the inheritance, and it was retribution for their crime.

This was the fifteenth miracle.)

It was from God’s mercy upon them that He, Glory be to Him, shaded them with clouds to protect them from the heat of the sun throughout their wandering

   (56) And We caused the white cloud to overshadow you.) Al-Baqarah 57

The clouds moved with them wherever they went (and this was the sixteenth miracle.

But they did not stop their stubbornness and tyranny

Also during the period of wandering, Moses, peace be upon him, met Al-Khidr, peace be upon him, the righteous man, and learned a lot from him

With Moses, peace be upon him, on his journey was a boy and his student (Joshua Ibn Nun), who later became a prophet and leader of the   Israelis .

The death of Moses and Aaron, peace be upon them

During the period of wandering, God ( Allah )  Almighty sent the Angel of Death to Moses, peace be upon him, to give him a choice between life or death. Moses, peace be upon him, said: My Lord, grant me grace near the fried land. There was only a red dune between the Israelis  and Jerusalem (dunes, meaning sand), and yet

They remained lost and did not know their way to Jerusalem, as Aaron, the brother of Moses, peace be upon them, died during the wandering period

We have a reference to this

There is a people to whom prophet after prophet comes, and miracle after miracle appears to them, but their hearts are not softened and their hearts are not softened, for there is no hope of goodness or reform from them. Therefore he said about them

God ( Allah )  Almighty, after the miracles I saw that all hearts rejoiced in

(73) Then, even after that, your hearts were hardened and became as rocks, or worse than rocks, for hardness.

  Al-Baqarah 74

What a people they are who do not revere a prophet and do not obey any of the commands of God  ( Allah )  Almighty.

Joshua Ibn Nun, peace be upon him, was a prophet to the Israelis

After the death of Moses and Aaron, peace be upon them, God ( Allah )  appointed his student Joshua Ibn Nun, peace be upon him (the servant of Moses, peace be upon him, in his travels) as a prophet to the children of Israel. When the period of wandering, which was forty years, had passed

The Prophet Joshua Ibn Nun, peace be upon him, led them to Jericho, so God granted them the opportunity to conquer and enter it in the year 1186 BC, but despite that, they said goodness by doing evil and blessing by disbelief. God ( Allah )  Almighty commanded them by saying:

( (57) And when We said: Go into this township and eat freely of that which is there, and enter the gate prostrate, and say: “Repentance.”)

Surah Al-Baqara

So what did they do??

Prostration here means bowing, and it was said that it is humility and submission, meaning gratitude to God  ( Allah )  and humility. (  “Repentance.”) was said to mean seeking forgiveness, and it was said that Ibn Abbas, in his saying (    ( “Repentance.”), said: There is  No God except Allah

The Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, says

(It was said to the  Israelis (Enter the gate prostrating and say, ( “Repentance. ), that is, they said, “Our Lord, remove from us our sins.” So they entered, crawling on their backs, instead of prostrating, so they changed.

And they said, “Remove our sins from us.” So they entered, crawling on their backs instead of prostrating, so they changed

And they said, “Wheat is a mockery.

( (58) But those who did wrong changed the word which had been told them for another saying, ) Surah Al-Baqara

So look at those who are stubborn towards God, what good can one hope for from them? Who believes their words when they distort the word of God?

Then Joshua Ibn Nun completed his conquests and began dividing the land he had conquered among the twelve tribes (tribes of the Israelis ). After the death of Joshua Ibn Nun, peace be upon him, the Israelis  divided into several tribes.

Wars and conflicts spread among them, and disbelief, idol worship, and adultery spread among them

There were major defeats for the Jews, and their enemies robbed them of their most important possessions, which was a coffin containing the staff of Moses, his clothes, and relics of Aaron, peace be upon them, and it also contained the original tablets of the Torah.

The duration of this era was (250 years), but historians prove that its duration did not exceed 100 to 150 years, and this era ends.

With the last prophet (Samuel, peace be upon him), whom the  Israelis  asked him to choose for them a king who would unite their ranks and fight behind him after they were tired of fighting among themselves.

So God ( Allah )  sent to them King Taloot.

(246) Their Prophet said unto them: Lo! Allah hath raised up Saul to be a king for you. They said: How can he have the kingdom over us when we are more deserving of the kingdom than he is, since he hath not been given enough wealth? )  Surah Al-Baqara

The first king sent by God to the children of Israel after they requested that was Talot, in the year 1020 or 1030 BC.

But due to their malice and stubbornness, they objected because he was not a descendant of Judah, son of Israel, and they considered this to be a condition of the king, in addition to the fact that he was poor.

(246) Their Prophet said unto them: Lo! Allah hath raised up Saul to be a king for you. Al-Baqarah 247

And so they said

They said: How can he have the kingdom over us when we are more deserving of the kingdom than he is, since he hath not been given enough wealth? He said: Lo! Allah hath chose him above you, and hath increased him abundantly in wisdom and stature. Allah bestows His Sovereignty on whom He will. Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing.)Al-Baqarah

They did not agree to his kingship until she appeared to them

It is the return of the coffin to them, flying from heaven and being carried by angels (It was the seventeenth and last miracle)

God (Allah )  Almighty told us about that, and He ( Allah ) Almighty said

 (247) And their Prophet said unto them: Lo! The token of his kingdom is that there shall come unto you the ark wherein is peace of reassurance from your Lord, and a remnant of that which the house of Moses and the house of Aaron left behind, the angels bearing it. ” (Al-Baqarah 248)

Taloot led them in their battle against Goliath and gave them victory

From Taloot came the Prophet of God (Allah ) , David, peace be upon him, who killed Goliath himself when he was a young man. Then Taloot married him to his daughter, and he became king over them and ruled over them justly and according to the law of God (Allah) Almighty. Successive miracles appeared on his hands, including the mountains and birds praising him when he was reading the book of sermons that had been revealed to him.

(They are called the Psalms) with the loudest sound ever known in history, and one of its miracles is that God (Allah ) Almighty bends ( flexible ) the iron in His hands, so He excelled in making them, and He

the first to make light military clothing from iron

After the death of David, his son Solomon, peace be upon them, came, and during his reign the kingdom of the Israelis was united after it had been divided. God ( Allah )  Almighty gave him a kingdom that he had not given to anyone before or after him.

The wind flowed at his command, and the jinn obeyed him. God ( Allah )  Almighty also made him understand the language of birds and animals, and Bilqis (Queen of Sheba in Yemen) converted to Islam.

The story of the Jews ended with the end of miracle
