ايضا مـــن اخطر الانهار وهـــو نهر الكونغو فــي إفريقيا ويعد ثانى أطول نهر فــي العالم ويحصليز بوجود غابات المطيرة الكثيفة علــى ضفافه ومع ذلك فإن الكونغو يعد أيضا نهرا خطير بسبب وجود الحيوانات البرية الخطرة بالبالاضافة لذلك إلــى التــيارات القوية فــي النهر 

نهر ياندر فــي روسيا يعد أحد أسرع الانهار فــي العالم جدير بالذكر تصل سرعته إلــى 70 كيلومتر فــي الساعة يعد ياندر نهر خطير بسبب التــيارات القوية فــيــه والتى يمكن أنه تؤدى إلــى الغرق
