How to make millet cake

Ingredients

A cup and a half of  millet

A cup of coconut oil

 5tablespoons of cocoa powder

 2hundred grams of dark chocolate

 7mashed dates

 50grams of chopped almonds

 50grams of flax seeds

One banana

Three tablespoons of tahini

One hundred grams of almond flour

A spoonful of cinnamon

Method

Bring a pot and boil the millet grains in a pot of water over low heat for 15 minutes and then go away to chill

Cut the dates, almonds and chocolate into small pieces, and reserve them for decoration

 Put in a blender all the moist components in it, which are boiled millet, dates, bananas, tahini, and coconut oil, and mix them for half a minute, then upload the dry ingredients, which are flax seeds, almond flour, chocolate, cocoa, and cinnamon, and blend them nicely

Place parchment paper on a baking tray, pour the millet cake aggregate onto it, and locate it inside the fridge for a third of an hour, then put it in the oven at one hundred. Eighty degrees Celsius for forty minutes, then leave it to cool and beautify it with grated chocolate, cocoa powder, and ground almonds

Ingredients

A hundred and fifty grams of millet

Two cups of coconut milk

A tablespoon of honey

Four tablespoons of coconut oil

A spoonful of lemon juice

Two medium eggs

6tablespoons of coconut sugar

Three tablespoons of rice flour

Two apples for garnish

A teaspoon of baking powder

Half a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate

 Teaspoon of salt

Two teaspoons of vanilla

Method

Bring a pot and put the milk, grated lemon peel, a spoonful of honey and coconut oil in it. When the milk boils, upload the millet and stir it nicely over low heat for half of an hour, then flip off the warmth and depart this mixture to cool

Mix the eggs and sugar inside the blender for 10  minutes until you get a foamy aggregate, then regularly upload the rice flour, sodium bicarbonate, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and millet combination

Place one chopped apple in this combination, pour it into a baking tray, and put it inside the oven for 1/2 of an hour. When it’s cooked, take it out and enhance its floor with apple pieces
